Delete Your DrukPet Account

Delete from the app

Open DrukPet and go to Profile → Delete Account. Confirm the warning to start the deletion request. If you have active appointments, cancel or complete them before deleting your account. Veterinarians must also resolve outstanding payout obligations.

Request deletion without the app

Email us from the email address linked to your DrukPet account where available, or include enough information for us to verify ownership.

Request account deletion by email

Include your registered mobile number, role (pet owner or veterinarian), and any active booking references if available.

What is deleted

We remove or de-identify account profile details, pet profile details, app tokens, veterinarian listing details, availability, bank details, and other personal details that are no longer required to operate or audit the Platform.

What may be retained

We may retain booking, payment, invoice, refund, payout, tax, audit, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, safety, and legal compliance records where required by law or legitimate business obligations. Retained records are limited to the purpose for which they are kept.

Timeline

An eligible in-app request starts immediately. DrukPet first anonymizes or removes account data, then deletes account-owned stored files and the sign-in identity. If a storage or identity-provider step fails, the app reports that the request needs another attempt; sign in and retry, or contact support. The deletion is complete only after all stages succeed.

Email requests are acknowledged within twenty-four (24) hours and handled within fifteen (15) days, subject to identity verification, provider availability and legal retention requirements.
